A couple of summers ago I found a 1936 Philco radio. Although it didn’t work, the cabinet and dial were in pretty good shape. I refitted it with multimedia speakers that could be connected to a laptop or mp3 player. Now we listen to my collection of old time radio broadcasts of Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Bob Hope and many others.
Miserable day outside today . . . freezing rain . . . rain. Fortunately the Schnauzer girls always keep things snuggly and warm inside.
While I was clearing snow outside . . . Lynne was cleaning everything in sight inside. I liked the way the light played off the glassware in the drainer.
