Autumn always fills me with nostalgia. What better way to travel back in time than an October visit to Old Sturbridge Village? Old Sturbridge Village (OSV) is a living museum located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, in the United States, which re-creates life in rural New England during the 1790s through 1830s.The Village includes 59 antique buildings, three water-powered mills, and a working farm

  1. Exquisite captures ! and thanks for my own trip down memory lane . My 8th Grade class went to OSV for a field trip. We were served warm gingerbread out of the brick oven at the Freeman Farm and I’m sure we sampled something in one of the kitchens . So glad the village is still up and running for all to see : )

    • Thanks, Cher . . . as you can see foliage was at its peak. I did enjoy a warm molasses cookie with my coffee at the general store.
